The self-catering facility was the cleanest, the most comfortable I could have found. It was fantastic and to be recommended for anyone needing a place to stay near Trim, near Navan, or for a country rest.

Located within 12 km of Hill of Slane and 12 km of Slane Castle in Balrath, Stone Lodge B&B provides accommodation with seating area. The owner Anne was one in a million .she really went above and beyond for my husband and myself. Everything she made us for breakfast was either homemade or to a very high standard. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable in her absolutely beautiful home .we especially loved the cuddles from her adorable dog molly 😁we will 100 percent be returning.

There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. the two days we spent here were absolutely perfect.. Caroline and the staff couldn't have been friendlier and were amazing at helping us plan our two days of sightseeing before our tour started.. location was ideal to see the historical sites and castles in the area...

Nick & Sandra's is situated in Slane. This apartment is 4 km from Slane Castle and 5 km from Hill of Slane. Although Nick and Sandra's was a iittle hard to find since it is out in the country, it was a lovely apartment that we enjoyed very much! The kitchen was well-stocked so even though breakfast "wasn't included," we had plenty of options for preparing our own breakfast. Nick and Sandra were quite attentive to making sure they would be available when we arrived and were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the nearby town and found the location and apartment to be very relaxing and comfortable. (You would have a hard time getting there without a car.)

Set within 500 metres of Monastery of Kells and 500 metres of St. Columba's Church in Kells, Tom Blake House offers accommodation with seating area. Wonderful owners! Lovely house with an amazing atmosphere. We felt better than at home! We highly recommend and would love to return.

Knightsbrook Guesthouse is located in Trim and has a garden and a shared lounge. Popular points of interest nearby include Trim Castle and Newtown Monuments. This was one of the prettiest B&Bs I have ever stayed at. Mary paid attention to all the details. Just a lovely, comfortable room, with dreamy details and an excellent breakfast. And thank you for the tip on getting to the airport! We will be back to see Trim Castle and more of Trim.
