The sons were super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our wellbeing and comfort and took care of our extra requests and needs. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very nicely painted. For Christmas Eve, the roof terrace, from which you can see the gigantic Mehrangarh Fort, was decorated for us and there was a small gift for each guest. There was also a vegetarian and very tasty Christmas menu. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for this lovely stay!

The hotel was located in the middle of the city , but was quiet , clean and a quiet and relaxing reserve from the hustle and bustle of the bazaar right outside our door. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly and attentive. The restaurant, Nutmeg Cafe had excellent food and an outside cafe and indoor restaurant.

The Gems Suites hotel is a very nice & super clean located in a calm street! We received a spacious and beautiful room with A/C, balcony, fridge, kettle and even an electric cooking plate. The staff was always present and ready to help in anything hotel offered us a pick up from train station that was extremely convenient taking into consideration determination tuc tuc drivers there! I am eternally grateful to Salim and Yunus (transport company members) who helped me when I lost my back pack in the train, took me to the police station and then even drove in the middle of the night to Ajmer to pick it up. Thank you so much! Salim is a boss of trusted travel company in Jaipur which works with the hotel, organizes tours in the region and beyond. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back! A big thanks to all and take care! 😊🤗

Giri and her son were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help me during my stay, including with recommendations for places to visit and driving me to a dinner destination when no Uber vehicle was picking up my request. The room was spacious and breakfast filling and delicious - the family even makes chutneys and jams from their own farm produce that you can sample at the breakfast. Impressed by the lift they have had installed for a small place.
