SUPER CLEAN! there is groceries shop -walk diatance- 100m, harbor caffe 200m ( for breakfast ) quite place, check in super easy. definettly recomend!:)

Set in Hellissandur in the West Iceland region, Gotuhus - Sea View Apartment features a patio and mountain views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. The view is worth the money. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, you can try to spot marine mammals. We were told that the seals come to the rocks below in the summer. The beds were comfy and there was more than enough space for two people. The self check-in details were clear and the communication with the owner was fast.

Everything was perfect :) Despite a last minute booking, everything was ready when we arrived. Our host was very nice and thoughfull ; as we were alone in the house, she gave use "the best room" and indeed it was extremely comfy, and with a very nice bathroom. Common spaces were large and very functionnal. Everything was brightly clean :) In addition, while the host doesn't offer breakfast, she told us to help ourselves with everything we needed in the fridge, and it was more than enough for a good breakfast

Eiðhús Apartments has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Vegamót. We seek desolation and it fit perfectly! Great glass wall giving to endless pastures with no soul in the view, except a few horses. Solid rain and winds outside, and light, warm and cosy inside - fully protected from and allowed to witness first-hand the forces of nature. Definitely the brightest spot on our couple of days' tour.

Situated 37 km from Stykkishólmur, Drangar Country Guesthouse is located on the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and features a shared lounge. This guesthouse is in a slightly off the beaten path location, which we were fully aware of and absolutely loved. It is incredibly peaceful and amazingly relaxing. We spotted Northern Lights during our second night! The host couple is mixed Icelandic and American and super friendly. We felt right at home. The place has a very unique architecture which is a blend of wood, concrete and what I believe is iron. Design enthusiasts will really appreciate this. I don't believe I've ever been to a guesthouse this clean - truly spotless. During breakfast you get to sit in a room that offers incredible views over the ocean. We will definitely be back!
