Where do I even begin? Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, from picking us up at the station to assisting with bicycle rentals and even surprising us with a reservation at a fantastic restaurant at night. And the thoughtful gesture of a gift for our honeymoon was truly touching. The morning was just as delightful, with the hosts seamlessly organizing our tickets, making our experience effortless and enjoyable. As for the accommodations, they were simply divine. The house itself was spacious and charming, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The abundance of food and amenities in the bathroom added an extra layer of comfort, making us feel right at home. In short, we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable stay.

BATONWORKS Naoshima er staðsett í Naoshima, 700 metra frá Sumiyoshi-taisha-hofinu, minna en 1 km frá Naoshima-skálanum og 1,7 km frá Gokaisho Art House Project. The room was perfect with a kitchen, sitting/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. The location is amazing and the electric bikes are perfect for side seeing the Island.

Kamome Jyuku býður upp á gistingu í Takamatsu, í stuttri fjarlægð frá Kitahamaebisu-helgiskríninu, Liminal Air-core Takamatsu og Sunport-gosbrunninum. Masako-san of Kamome Jyuku had gone out of the way to assist us when we inadvertently left some of our belongings in the apartment at check out. She personally took the trouble to make arrangements with our hotel in Tokyo for the items to be couriered, and even called up the Tokyo hotel stuff to finalise the details. We were indeed grateful for Masako-san's dedication and professionalism.

Onyado Shikishima-kan er 5 stjörnu gististaður í Kotohira, 40 km frá Takinal Air-core Takamatsu og 40 km frá Sunport-gosbrunninum. The food was amazing, quality and quantity. It seemed like the longer we stayed, the more we were treated. The private onsen rooms were fabulous, too. We went several times each day!

The venue is a really great, quiet space near the Tsumu'ura bus stop on the east side of the island, which means it's a shorter bike ride round to the museums in the south. Kuni & Akkie were lovely - they met us at Miyanoura Port to collect our luggage, gave us directions and advice, and even helped us book restaurants before our arrival. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend more time enjoying Naoshima.

Sparky's House er með útsýni yfir rólega götu og býður upp á gistirými með garði, verönd og sameiginlegri setustofu, í um 200 metra fjarlægð frá Naoshima-kristkirkjunni. Amazing staff, so helpful and friendly. Super clean, thoughtful touches like fresh flowers in vases, extra tea and coffee etc. Close to a lot of what the land has to offer but still lovely and quiet. Comfy beds, and e-bikes :)

Located in Kasuga, 26 km from Takamatsu, Asan Kotonami features a terrace and views of the mountain. The ryokan has a hot spring bath and sauna, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. breakfast and dinner is so awesome , serverice is so great !

We were welcomed early and shown where to leave our bags. Everything was as advertised and the futons were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple and the bread was delicious. I wish we had stayed a bit longer.
