His wife made delicious food and Esaro arranged a fantastic day and evening tour for us. We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of the New Year celebration in which we joined the community celebration. The accomodations are rustic and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend a stay here is you are looking for a unique Cambodia experience. Esaro’s partner, whose name I can’t remember now, brought us to so many interesting places and shared a lot of information with us. He was also ready with cold water all day for us. Located in Battambang, 1.7 km from Colonial Buildings and 1.8 km from Battambang Museum, Bun Homestay provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious and had everything we need. Bun and his family were so helpful and so kind, we felt at home immediately. We also booked a half day tour with them, which we enjoyed immensely. The breakfast was so filling and yummy, and we had a couple lunches they offer on the property, which we also recommend, it was very affordable and delicious. Overall I highly recommend staying here, it was by far one of our favorite stays on our trip. Thanks Bun and family for the amazing hospitality 😊

The take care of me and let me experience their local life during Khmer New Year. It was a wonderful trip! OK, it's hard to rate or compare this to another hotel. This is an experience unique to itself. The owner of the hotel built the bamboo bungalows himself by hand. The entire structure and furniture is all bamboo. The food was absolutely delicious and the owners are so kind and go out of their way. If you want a rustic experience and a chance to relax then this is your place. It has a shared bath area and you use a sistern full of water and a scoop to wash yourself and western style toilets. It has a great sunset on the 2 level structure out back. They have 2 bikes you can borrow to expore. This place allows you to emerce yourself in the local culture.

Amazing stay, the owners are really making sure you have everything you need. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Good AC and fast internet. I strongly recommend going for activities with their associated tuktuk driver Mr Nikki, he was an excellent guide, very king and knowledgeable.

We felt very welcome since our arrival by the very nice and helpful staff. Our room was big enough and well equipped. We definitely recommend this place to stay in this city!
