Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Andy es súper amable y servicial, nos dio tips y recomendaciones además nos ayudó a contactar taxis, comprar boletos para el tren y hasta el servicio de lavandería! La habitación es cómoda y limpia, el AC enfriaba perfectamente y la ducha con presión de agua adecuada. Salimos al balcón a sentarnos y ver llover, fue una experiencia hermosa. Recomendamos encarecidamente tomarse un café ahí mismo en la propiedad, está delicioso.

We had the most amazing stay at Ban Lakkham. The lodge is perfectly located, it’s super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were beyond amazing. Couldn’t recommend it enough (and Luang Prabang). Thank you so much Tom and team. We will be back :)
