Sakrisøy Gjestegård - Manor House in Sakrisøy - Solbakken anno 1880 is housed in a former manor house dating back to 1880 and is located in the area of Moskenes. The house is very cozy and feels like home. Many details are thought out. We got a very spacious room with a stunning view. Clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the value which we have paid. It was a very pity that guests can’t use the hob. There is a kitchen with all facilities you need except the hob.

Sakrisøy Rorbuer is situated 3.5 km from the picturesque Reine fishing village. Leknes town centre is 50 km away. All cottages at Sakrisøy Rorbuer have wooden interiors. The kindness of the staff (Audrey in particular who was really caring and available to help us even after working hours), the way we were warmly welcomed 🤩 : with jazz music on (wahouuu), ambiance lights turned on, Perfect organisation for self check in, the choice of the furniture in the rorbuer, everything perfect to feel comfy and at home (the best rorbuer we have had in all our 10 days trip by far !). We loved staying there. The location was just great, the view, the proximity of Anita’s, everything. The antic shop, the owner who is s in ncerely invested in offering great quality. Easy walking distance to Anita's restaurant for some fresh smoked sea trout. The owner is very nice, he helped us to check the boat departure time and keep in mind that you are staying in a mini villa, so it is not a gigantic house.

The location and the place. The location was perfect with excellent and awesome view. And the rorbuer was also excellent. We were a family of 4 and there were 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was complete with utensils and there was also coffee and tea. There was also soap for dishes. While the bathroom was complete with essentials such as shampoo, toothpaste, cotton buds, toothbrush, and shaving cream. I will definitely recommend Andoy Vest Rorbuer to anybody who will go to Reine.

They gave us many hints about activities on the island and helped with booking of the helicopter when the ferry was delayed. Perfect stay in Vaeroy, which I would definitely recommend.
