The property was beautiful, clean, in a great location and extremely well equipped. There was literally everything in the kitchen that you could possibly ever need to cook while you are away. Oven and electric hob were excellent with large fridge and freezer, great for families or groups. In addition the laundry room had a clean washing machine, airer and vaccuum. Beds were ok (a little hard for us, but just personal preference) Living, dining areas and bathrooms excellent. Niki was a great host.

Very much appreciated the owners flexibility with a slightly late checkin when I realized I would be held up charging my car. The bed was comfortable and I had a great sleep. The drive to get there was a lovely adventure as well!

Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

Set in Kristiansand, this apartment is 2.9 km from Color Line and Fjordline Kristiansand ferry terminals. Free WiFi is featured. This is an exceptional apartment, and my only regret is that we could not stay for longer than 1 night. The amenities are above and beyond what I expect for "Excellent" accommodations. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is safe and lovely. The bed and bedding is very comfortable, the rooms have reliable and easy to use temperature controls, and the water pressure in the shower and all faucets is very good! I travel all across the US as a healthcare worker, and am very accustomed to renting fully furnished apartments for 3+ months at a time, and I can say with certainty that this apartment is far superior to pretty much every other rental I've stayed in, and that's saying quite a lot. Berit is delightful. Her English is excellent, and her tips regarding the area and our travel plans to Stavanger were very helpful and accurate. We stayed for 1 night in late October, in the Superior Apartment labeled 20A. Furnishings were modern, classy, simple, and all appliances and fixtures appeared to be brand new. The surroundings are also superb, we even stayed for longer then initially planned to enjoy the views and to hike in the woods.

Everyone was surprised and amazed to see warm welcome note with wine, chocolates and Ice cream. Very neat and tidy place with all the facilities and easy access to swimming pool downstairs. Places such as Dyrepark, Canon museum , Cathedral are Not far as well. We all had a great time there and kids really had a wonderful time . We definitely recommend the property and hopefully in coming summers if there are plans to visit southern Norway, will surely stay here. Thanks Anurag
