Situated in Paihia in the Northland region, Paihia Place Cottage - central Paihia has a patio. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk into town/seafront. The cottage is really well done with some lovely facilities and details inside. The beds were lovely and comfortable. Couldn't recommend more!

Featuring garden views, Kerikeri Modern Apartment provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1 km from Kemp House and Stone Store. Comfortable, spacious, welcoming, well equipped and well located. Had everything we needed for a great one night stay, and we would definitely come back!

Offering garden views, Kerikeri Central Apartment is an accommodation located in Kerikeri, 1.7 km from Kemp House and Stone Store and 18 km from Haruru Falls. It is central and within walking distance to everything. It’s in a very quite location.

Featuring garden views, The Sails features accommodation with patio, around 1.5 km from Tapeka Point Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. John was a friendly and helpful host. The view over Russell was magic, and we enjoyed swimming at the nearby beaches. Hangi and concert at the Treaty grounds were excellent, as was a day sailing the islands..

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Paihia Apartments is located in Paihia. Hosts are awesome, place was comfortable and clean.

When Booking the Deluxe Double with Sea View and Deluxe Twin Rooms the Guests will have their own Private Space which includes their private Toilet and Private Bathroom. Incredibly nice hosts. Helpful and friendly. Plus they gave great travel advice. Beautiful grounds and location. Very clean room.

Offering free WiFi, free parking and panoramic sea and island views, Baywaterviews is located in Haruru Falls. All rooms feature a patio or balcony. 2 rooms offer a spa pool. Mike is an amazing host and the property is peaceful, private and just what we needed. The hot tub was especially nice to return to in the evenings!! We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Allegra House is located up a hill from the centre of Paihia, where you will find a range of shops, restaurants and the beach. Allegra House is set high on the hill with a spectacular view of the harbour in Paihia. Brita and Heinz are wonderful hosts that really enjoy welcoming you into their home. The breakfast served on the terrace was exceptional. Our room and balcony view overlooking the Bay of Islands(Paihia) harbour was spectacular!! If visiting the area again we would stay at Allegra House!!

Just 4 minutes’ walk from the Kerikeri River, Stone Store Lodge features suites with a private patio offering lovely bush views. Guests enjoy free self-serve continental breakfast and free WiFi. Privacy and lovely surroundings

These north-facing apartments feature beautiful sea views looking out across the Bay of Islands. All units have heating and TV. All units are fully self-contained and include cooking facilities. We expected, based on previous reviews, that the apartment would be exceptionally well-appointed, with a great view from the living and bedrooms and that the owners have left no stone unturned in creating and maintaining a superior lodging experience. Our expectations were shattered.. Abri is in a class of it's own! My recommendation to anyone considering a stay in Paihia-- look no further and book here! Additionally, we had a luggage issue prior to arrival that the owner took care of for us while we were on a tour. Words simply cannot do justice to Abri... it is simply the best.
