The room was wonderful - like stepping back in time, with a few modern conveniences. It was my first time sleeping in a loft, which made the whole experience even better. The location was excellent - right on the main square, and easy to find.

Offering a garden and city view, Casa Luar is set in Odeceixe, 31 km from Sardao Cape and 39 km from Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park. The owner of the Casa Luar was fantastic! He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

A recently renovated property, Cantinho de Milfontes Jacuzzi is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes near Franquia Beach, Praia Carreiro da Fazenda and Patacho Beach. The furnishings of the room are tasteful, and well equipped.

À Espera - Turismo Rural, Melides in Melides provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This place is a treasure, undiscovered treasure. The owners and the staff are among the nicest people that I’ve ever met during decades of Travel. I would recommend that anybody visiting Lisbon should make the hour and a half drive to experience the magic of this place. I did not have time to get an international drivers license before we arrive so I was taken down Lisbon by car once there these people made sure they fed, transported, and taken care of in every way possible. I feel like I made friends for life in a few amazing days.

Situated in Zambujeira do Mar, just 300 metres from Zambujeira do Mar Beach, Alojamento Sudoeste features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. We loved the patio with view of the town and ocean. Our host was friendly. We appreciated the kettle and mini fridge.

Located 1.2 km from Lighthouse Beach, 600 metres from Sao Clemente Fort and 15 km from Pessegueiro Island, Charm-In Center features accommodation situated in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Fantastic little gem in a beautiful town. David was a great host, super friendly welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful decorated, super clean and comfortable with great amenities. The location is fabulous and I would highly recommend the Charm-In Center!

Boasting river views, SulSeixe Guesthouse offers accommodation with patio, around 17 km from Aljezur Castle. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Excellent value for the money. The room is brand new with good quality remodeling while in a historic building adjacent to the church. The host, Patricia, was extremely welcoming and helpful. This was our best stay during our week-long Fishermen’s Trail hike

Featuring accommodation with a saltwater pool, pool view and a terrace, Casa da Courela is located in Cavaleiro. Alice was a wonderful and welcoming host and her space was gorgeous. We had our favorite breakfast here of our entire trip. Hope to return to visit again someday!
