The place is very charming and the whirlpool under the stars is just perfect.

We spent two evenings together over dinner where we were introduced to fresh, outstanding local cuisine which we truly welcomed after our long days out exploring.

It is right a the beginning of the Canalisation des Orangers which goes to Mafate. The views from this route are astoundingly beautiful, but it took me the whole day to go there and back (and I woke up at 5!). You don't need to go all the way to Mafate though and you will still get a gorgeous walk. When you are back the Jacuzzi will be waiting for you.

We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come again!

Situated within 26 km of Le Maïdo and 28 km of The House of Coco, Villa Nirvana offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Saint-Paul. An impressive villa with a stunning view. We had the room on the top floor and it was very nice. Carine and her husband were such amazing hosts. They gave great hints about activities, popular areas and good places to eat. Unfortunately, we don't speak French which is a real handicap on La Réunion, but Carine helped us and organized a taxi to the Cirque de Mafate. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and all your help! I hope we come back one day!

Situated in Saint-Paul and only 22 km from The House of Coco, Chez Maria features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Practical and well located. The owner is very helpful and even took me to the supermarket.
