You can walk to these places (the market, Presidential Palace, the museum and the beach) owner is friendly and can speak a bit of English too so I was able to communicate. I had a problem in the room and he quickly fixed it. We were supposed to leave the room at 13:00 but our flight was evening, and he made us stay for extra hours before leaving for the airport without charging us. A very good location I must say.

We had good sleeps since the nights were quiet, dark and peaceful. Maria, the host, was warm and hospitable. Food is the best! Very yummy fish and very fresh fruits and vegetables, and the coffee is the best in the world!

Super if you are going to Principe., though a hit of a walk (maybe 45mins) from downtown sao tome.

The scenery was exceptional, quiet - you hear the waves of the ocean. animalfriends have a good time here, a funny monkey, cats, dog chicken and goats! The stuff is very friendly and eager to help with everything you need! the place is a bit hidden at a cliff, so either you check your own food prehand or you eat at the restaurant. the food at the restaurant is very good! if you don't have a car its not easy to reach, but here you can find help even with that!
