This is an amazing hostel! Super clean and the kitchen was very well kept. It's a little down the road from the main town but honestly, if you can snag a spot here, I would. Just make sure to do it in advance because the spots fill up fast. I had a private room and it was very spacious with a nice balcony. I only stayed one night because I had to head back to the capital but I wish I stayed longer to see the other towns in the rutas de floras. The hostel also has a motobike shop associated with it but unfortunately, when I was there, the lady that managed them was out of town.

In our case, we were injured in an accident and Ovi and Daysi came and picked us up when we were released from the hospital. Not only that, there were no other taxis available, so he drove us to our next destination in Nahuizalco. They are truly amazing people, we are so grateful for their kindness and generosity..

The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The room was spacious, well thought through and there was a hot shower as well! The communication with the host was great and we were able to check in earlier.

She was very friendly and flexible with moving around our booking dates. There wasn’t any air conditioning, but you won’t need it because the climate there is so much cooler! I just slightly cracked the window open and it was enough to keep the room nice and cold. The room was very clean and the wifi was a bonus! The owner even gave us some recommendations for food and tourism. I’ll definitely book here the next time I return to El Salvador.

We didn't meet the host but the communication was great and when the payment system rejected my credit card, the host quickly offered alternatives. Great stay overall!
