Surrounded by lots of trees and 50 meters from the beach, Yukser Pansiyon features air-conditioned rooms with views of the hotel’s garden. The pension serves an open breakfast buffet. We really enjoyed our one week stay there. Ali Bey and his wife are very good hosts. They were at our disposal for everything. The facility was clean and tidy with adequate air conditioning. Towels and bed linen were changed every other day. A traditional Turkish breakfast was provided each morning. The location is great: the nearest beach is a 2 minute walk away, with many restaurants and ancient ruins within walking distance. The dolmus and the bus station are easily accessible by the little train or even on foot.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, garden view and a patio, Villa Marla is located in Side. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi. Location of Villa Marla was good with loads of restaurant options around and shops within walking distance. The apartment was very clear with everything you may need, with new appliances. AC in the room and living room, beds super confy and great communication from owners. The apartment has a little terrace leading to the communal pool, which is really convenient for a swim or sunbathing.

Boasting lake views, Canyon Tiny House features accommodation with patio, around 10 km from Koprulu Canyon. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Stunning location, incredibly well designed tiny house - you can see the love, care and attention that the hosts have put into these properties. The view of the river is amazing, the outdoor space with the jacuzzi and then there is the space next to the river. We had the two bed unit and it also came with a hanging netting lounge space where you could watch the stars whilst listening to the river. Just perfect.

In the Colakli district of Side, close to Side Public Beach, ELSİRA APART features a garden and a washing machine. Great location , beach was a 5 minute walk with bus stop directly across the road, lots of shops supermarket & restaurants very clean and comfortable apartment

Located within 1.4 km of Evrenseki Public Beach and 1.4 km of Side Public Beach, Mali Garden Residence provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Side. Good location (10-15 mins to the beach), clean, spacious. everything is modern, quiet neighborhood (far from the very loud all inclusive hotels which are all long the beach), just as expected. Big pool, quite deep that you can use until midnight. There is also a small pool for children. The host is also nice and live in the same building if you need any assistance. 5 minutes or so to the grocery stores and restaurants. It's a good value if you don't mind walking from/to the beach. The beach itself is free, shallow and perfect for families/children and people who can't swim for any reason.
