闆娘公寓 is set in the Yancheng district of Kaohsiung, 600 metres from Love Pier, 800 metres from The Pier-2 Art Centre and less than 1 km from Kaohsiung Museum of History. The room is super spacious and clean. It’s in a convenient location. The Netflix is a plus. We had a very pleasant stay.

Very clean and cosy B&B (or minsu 民宿, as they call it in Taiwan). I had a single room which is quite small but exactly suitable for one person. All of the amenities were brand new. For same price in Taipei one could expect a run down place with a sparkle of creepiness, but this B&B was exeptionally good. Location is also great, just 400 meters away from the Meinong Bus station and downtown area. Free bicycles provided for customers is also amazing, since Meinong is extremely walking unfriendly. getting around on a bicycle or scooter is a must.

Situated within 2.4 km of Xiziwan Beach and 2.5 km of Cijin Beach in Kaohsiung, Go Home Homestay offers accommodation with seating area. A nice home feel with a great host (Melody) who could not have been more friendly and accomodating. She was great. Good location near the subway, Pier 2 art centre and good food options. Nice strong shower and extremely clean. The roof terrace is also very nice for breakfast or a drink.

One of the best guesthouses I ever stayed. Everything was perfect and the staff was so caring and sweet. I would come back any time.

Kaohsiung 85 Building Sam's house is set in Kaohsiung, 2.4 km from Love Pier, and provides free WiFi. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge and a bar. Staying at Sam's House in Kaohsiung 85 Building was quite an experience! The room itself was absolutely gorgeous! My favorite part of our stay was the view! Ah... the view!! :) Amazing seaside and city views with a cozy area to put pillows and watch the skyline and boats. It was an unforgettable experience. The mattress was comfortable as was the couch in the living room area. Everything was remote controlled from the window shades, smart tv, music and huge projection screen. The bathtub is a traditional Japanese style and was very relaxing to use while you look at the skyline (if desired, window shade was available for privacy) or watch the mini tv in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower room was incredible and will literally blow you away if you desire! Think... the episode of Kramer in Seinfeld. lol! There was also a Japanese toilet which is always a treat as these are not common in the Western part of the world. There are no longer snacks on a different floor but housekeeping does provides a few treats in the room. Great communication with Housekeeping; they were very accommodating and helpful. they did my laundry since the washer takes a while to run. It's true that the 85 Building is a bit tired and a little sad but if you can look beyond this the rooms at Sam's House are the exact opposite and will make your stay in Kaohsiung a memorable time! Definitely recommend!

Perfect, everything was nice, good location, bed so comfortable, clean, good communication. Loved this place so much!

Boasting quiet street views, Luna's House provides accommodation with balcony, around 500 metres from Rueifong Night Market. The room was very large, split level with a separate sleeping area and cozy reading nook for our child. The decor was animal themed which my child loved. The main bed was huge and comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out about 45 mins late with no extra fee. Although no breakfast is available the hotel provides fresh fruit, cookies and drinks which was wonderful, and there is a good breakfast shop a few minutes walk away. The location is in a quiet area but walking distance to Ruifeng night market and a short drive to the lotus pond.
