The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We had very interesting conversations. The book collection was incredible (novel books, travel guides, field guides, maps...). The breakfast was delicious, with beautiful garden views and birds. The sunsets on the terrace were outstanding. The room was just what I needed. Common spaces were clean and tidy. Same for the room and bathroom. Good communication all the time. Overall, the stay was exceptional!

From the cleanliness, attention to detail, beautiful well-kept garden to the very convenient location within short distance of the airport and overlooking Lake Victoria. But these are not the most important assets of Oslo Gardens. What makes it a special place is the People who run it. Thank you for the amazing atmosphere, delicious food, music, dancing and conversation. I wish I had stayed with you for longer. Next time, I won't make that mistake and will book at least a few days to stay with you before I go exploring Uganda.

The staff were kind, polite, attentive and efficient. The place is new and well organized (I gather that this is a new location). There was no clutter and the garden was relaxing and lovely. The location is peaceful and quiet, and is perfect for those who want privacy. I was traveling for work so I needed to use the internet and it was reliable. The room that was assigned to me was really great - it was not cramped and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and there was sufficient pressure for the shower.

The room was exactly as it looked in the photos. My friend arrived in the early hours of the morning and was greeted then. The hotel organised taxi was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed there for longer. Great value for money!
