Kim is very organized, the house is immaculate, the art is sooooooo interesting, and she couldn't do enough for you!!! Sadly, I am dealing with many dietary issues and Kim was more than accommodating and breakfast was the best! We will come back to see the other colour of rooms LOL and will recommend this location to everyone!! Don't waste your money on cold, sterile brand hotels and come here for a total treat!!!!

The real place to be of case you go to gran canyon..nice, perfectly equipped and Becky is very nice (even if we never meet her, but we had all support we needed). Plus: availability of bbq! Room is clean, big and very very quite, sleeping there after 15 km trail it was a great deserved thing!

The layout was great, with 2 bedrooms downstairs and the master upstairs. The beds were very comfortable but before retiring for the night be sure yo soak and relax in the beautiful hot tub. This property is also in perfect distance to the route 66 strip with lots of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with lots of shops to spend the day wandering around.

Location was perfect for our trips to Grand canyon, horse shoe bend and Antelope canyon. We had everything needed for a week stay.kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom had all the basic supplies and was very clean.

It has designer touches in every corner. Every detail is well-thought-out, from kitchen appliances and coffee selection to phone chargers on every night stand. It's an absolutely gorgeous vacation property!

Everything in the house was good quality. The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.
