Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. Wonderful from the moment we arrived! Pam and Dean are such gracious hosts who are very helpful and knowledgeable of the national park and surrounds. We met their three gorgeous greyhounds who are very loving and always up for a pat. The photos don’t do this place justice and the rooms are just super lovely and cozy. We’ve been travelling for a month and this is the best place we have stayed so far! Nothing was left unthought of and even takeaway cups were available for your morning coffee. We wish we had stayed longer and hope to get back sometime. in a great location only a short drive to the volcano national park and restaurants.

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Ma'ukele Lodge can be found in Pahoa, close to Kaimu Beach and 21 km from Lava Tree State Monument. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The room is rustic, but a great way to experience Island life. This was an unexpectedly wonderful jewel. Breakfasts were fabulous.

Troy is a great host super friendly and kind nothing is too much issue. He has gone above and beyond to make guest comfortable and ensure they have everything they need. Quiet location but close to a great local restaurant and bar. To top the stay off we spent the evening in the hot tub once the sun had set and could see hundred of stars and the Milky Way. Special place would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about booking.

Featuring sea views, Kona Magic Honu Room provides accommodation with patio, around less than 1 km from White Sands Beach Park. Perfect location, with a beautiful beach in front of the building. Room has everything you need and the host is so kind. We feel at home. Aloha!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Coffee Garden is set in Captain Cook, 6.9 km from Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park and 7.4 km from Kealakekua Bay. A wonderful stay, with fantastic hosts. Such a friendly welcome in an oasis of calm. A little way from Kona for those wanting to hit the town, but for us very worthwhile. Thanks to Ping, Stanley and Max for welcoming us into their home.

Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat is a chalet situated in Volcano, 16 km from Kilauea and 9.6 km from Volcano National Park's entrance. The lodge was cute. Great for relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the attention to detail for making staying there comfortable and easy. Checkin was particularly easy.

Iao Valley Inn features river views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Wailuku, 3.2 km from Iao Valley State Park. This place is simply amazing! It’s in the Iao Valley, surronded by nature. Stratetic position to reach all the spots in the island. Great hospitality, fresh fruit every morning, everithing was perfect!

Located in Kihei and only 70 metres from Mai Poina Beach, Nona Lani Cottages provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Nice location. Only 1 min walking distance to beach by crossing the road in front of the cottage.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless and Tomami cleaned it every day while we were out. Hand made breakfast was also included which we got to eat in a small breakfast nook with ocean views. This B and B was paradise.

Located within 1.7 km of Rainbow Falls and 3.8 km of Lyman Museum & Mission House in Hilo, Old Hawaiian Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation with seating area. Lory was so nice and friendly, and the breakfast she prepared for us everyday was amazing! It was just so full of love. The neighborhood is quite and pretty, one can easily walk to the boiling pot to see the water fall, and the rainbow fall is also very close.
