Sumitomo 11 Apartment 5-39 Linh Lang อยู่ในฮานอย ห่างจากศูนย์การค้า Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh 1.9 กม. Lovely, modern and very clean. The apartment is located just outside the main area you want to go as a tourist but easy enough with grab. Very comfortable and spacious with new TVs, kitchen and washing machine. We actually requested to stay another night as we were enjoying Hanoi that much and it wasn't a problem so big thank you for that!

LUCK APART 9 - Hanoi WestLake Balcony Apartment มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากทะเลสาบเวสต์เลค 3.3 กม. Location was good, nice balcony for lounging! Beds were super comfy. There is a rooftop but without chairs/tables -- either way a nice view of the area. The host downstairs was lovely and easy to sort things out with -- held our luggage for us and helped me when our water delivery guy couldn't find the place.

The place we stayed was really nice, and we could easily talk to Anna using WhatsApp. She was friendly, kind, and always smiling, which made us feel good. Anna even helped my friend fix her SIM card problem. The room was clean and just like we expected. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you!

Furthermore, the staff were very responsive over booking.com chat. I appreciate all the help and recommendations provided.
