The WiFi is some of the fastest we've had in Vietnam, which was brilliant for remote work. The host family were very kind and prepared a delicious dinner, even cooking grilled pork for us on request and lending us an umbrella when a monsoon rolled in unexpectedly as we arrived. The bathrooms are also simple but are stocked with products should you need them, have full toilets, and the shower has great water pressure. Wish we had more time to stay here!

Pu Luong Jungle Lodge features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Pu Luong. The Location, the vibe, the staff, the food, the room itself. Everything was just perfect. The area itself and all the ricefields right in front of and behind de complex are beatiful (aswell as the thousands of ricefields everywhere around in the area) everybody was so friendly. The staff was very attentive and helped with everything. the locals on the street were always smiling and waving, children were giggeling and blushing. we felt really great and welcome.

Ha also connected me with other bikers that had passed through the days before, creating a great little community in Vietnam for me.

I booked a dorm for two nights but the first night there was an empty room so I got a free upgrade. The room was fantastic, amazing to wake up to such a beautiful view. Tôm spoke great English and helped organise a driver to take me around Pu Luong and was also very helpful arranging transport to and from Pu Luong. The food was nice and I felt very looked after. Try the tofu with tomato and onion :)
