Konanda Reef is 33 km from the aparthotel. We really liked it here as it’s a very small Resort right on the ocean with a lovely area to swim in ( bring your reef shoes). It has a nice and personal touch and Chrissy and ‘mum’ where really nice and helped us with whatever we needed. Very friendly and helpful 🙏🏽. It’s about 40 min. out of town. We used local transport to go there and to town. Or you can rent a car but there is a price for everything. 3 nights was a good time. A private balcony with lovely ocean views and designer hardwood furniture are standard in all apartments. Opened in December, 2014 the on site Cafe Vila Restaurant & Bar is well known for it's food and cocktails. The staff were amazing and very friendly, the sunrises were incredible. It was easy to get a bus into Port Vila.

And Beth was simply amazing, answering my too many questions instantly and saving my trip by taking me to the airport on my departure day when the transfer car didn’t show up.

Our apartment was the middle one but you could not hear anything from the neighbours, the soundproofing was very good. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with two bedrooms. The WiFi worked well. The hosts are very nice people, a Dutch couple. There is gated parking on the property. The location is quiet. Check-in and check-out was easy. The view from the hill is nice.

1.2 km from Breakas Beach, Elluk East Studios is a recently renovated property located in Port Vila and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Featuring luggage storage space, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property comes with a year-round outdoor pool and is set 11 km from Konanda Reef. There is also accommodation available for disabled guests. Right next door (less then a minute away) was Cafe Vila with great breakfasts, good pizza and seafood lunches, fab happy hour cocktail, and fun dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff organised a good rate on a rental car and had it waiting for me, though when I stayed last time I took short stroll and caught the bus into town (only 10 minutes journey). The (newly added) villa I stayed in this time was very spacious, had great hotel water, everything I possibly needed and was so comfortable.
