Staff seemed a little disorientated, meal order got mixed up, we were given our room and then told it was the wrong one. We took the night key out and in the morning, they’d been looking for it, nobody knew who’d been given it. Breakfast waitress very surly, couldn’t get a smile out of her no matter how pleasant we were. That said though, the room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable and the hotel generally had nice decor and a good menu. Would stay there again if in the area.
