Staff really helpful. They gave us all the necessary information about touristic activities. We tried all three meals (breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) everything was good ( for tunisian standards ) . Fantastic staff, very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Good selection of food at all mealtimes. Fabulous pool area. Lovely bedroom, very clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. All areas of the hotel very clean and well kept. Douz and surrounding areas have so much to offer. Wonderful, magical place.

The host Farid communicated promptly via WhatsApp, and we were met at the property by Fathel, his brother. Wonderful traditional dinner prepared by the familiy. Home-made bread each morning. We were able to use the barbecue and the host kindly helped with all arrangements. You have to be a nature- and camping lover to really enjoy this place, but if you fit this category you'll love it. We'll certainly return, inshallah!
