We had a perfect stay 3 nights at the end of October, 2 families with 1 pet. We were planning to hike on nearby mountains. Chalet exceeded our expectations. Kitchen equipment was top notch, it has everything and high quality. Traditional stove is great idea, we enjoyed it at all evenings. Perfect sauna. Equipment at the kitchen and bathrooms was top notch and clean. Outside gas grill was useful for us, we liked to cook at home. Location nearby Kitzbuhel and SkiWelt was really convenient. 10-15 minutes drive to Kitzbuhel or SkiWelt/Ellmau to nearby hikes. Walking distance to nearby restaurant.

We had such a beautiful time in Kitzbuhel. Chalet is in excellent location, very stylish and well equipped with gorgeous view. Our daughter brought us fresh bread every morning from local bakery which is just couple minutes away from chalet. Also aqua-arena is almost across a street. Home owners are really nice people who cares about visitors comfort. Would come back anytime.

The breakfast was incredible and dining in the restaurant for dinner was excellent. The food and culinary experience was wonderful. We loved our evening Sauna, Steam and relaxation lounge in the spa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for a couple plus 1 guest that slept on the comfortable fold-out couch. We very much appreciated having 1-1/2 baths in our suite to make our guest feel more comfortable. The location was just a 5 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn gondola and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The place is phenomenal. It's a beautiful chalet with an exquisite interior design by either a self-taught or professional designer. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The chalet boasts a balcony on three sides that provides an almost panoramic view of the city and nature. Furthermore, there is a garage available for parking your car. The chalet is equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, and three TVs. The beds are comfortable and spacious, and there are large cupboards for storing your clothes and other belongings. In addition, there's a gas grill available for your use, which is a delightful option. The location is central, with a 10-minute walk to the city center and a 20-minute walk to Schwarzsee. Our group of five concluded that it was the most beautiful place we've ever visited.
