Such a lovely place with really friendly owner who made sure our stay was comfortable and he also arranged us a great and funny guide called Sagara for Sinharaja Forest. We got to stay in the newly built hut and the room was clean and very comfortable. Best part was the private terrace with an amazing view to the rice field and the forest. Also the food we had here was great. The surrounding of this place is beautiful and quiet, also with lots of birds to see. All in all a great stay, bohoma stuthi! I will definitely come back!

What a privilege to spend time in the rainforest. Amazing location right by the waterfalls, learned so much on our walks both with Janith and with the guide ($45 per person for the rainforest trek). Food on the expensive side for Sri Lanka but worth it as so delicious and all grown and produced on site. Highly recommended for all nature lovers and those looking to escape the tourist trails of Sri Lanka!

The setting is extraordinary. It’s a 10min walk up the hill but it is worth it. The views are fantastic. The bungalow was wonderful with lots of interesting details. The service and hospitality were amazing. The food was great (the portions are huge!). Thank you for the interesting conversations and hopefully we (or at least one of our children) will meet again!

The small family run resort, with 3 natural style cabins, was just recently opened and the hospitality was top notch. I really enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast, a full menu of lunch and dinner meal options, and my peaceful opportunities for yoga, meditation and swimming right in the river! Cant wait to return next year and see the progress on their already lovely garden areas.

The place is incredibly beautiful and it was so nice to be surrounded by nature. Ravindra is a great host and made our stay really special. He arranged a guided rainforest tour for us and took us on a little hike close to the cabin. We would not change a thing and can only recommend staying at this hidden gem.

The view from the veranda is great, we spotted many bright coloured birds from the hut. We were very impressed with the huts and the jungle-ish garden.
