Very cozy cottage with the most amazing view over the fjord (even while sitting at the table inside), small kitchen equipped with enough things to cook for yourself, comfortable beds for up to 4 people, heating worked well, very friendly and helpful host - wish we could have stayed longer!

The view from the cabins is stunning. Fjord and mountain views. We had a room next to the rushing stream, and we love the sound of the water. Easy to get down into town or to access all the hiking trails. Did I mention the view? It's incredible! Cabin was cozy and clean. Recently updated, so was very nice but still felt rustic. Wanted to book an extra night last-minute and got to keep our same cabin. Booking and check-in was easy. Kitchen had all utensils and dishes we needed to make dinner. Nice to use the charcoal grill on the deck. Amazing value for the price.

My kids rate this place as their #1 most favorite place in Norway. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. - Owners incredibly nice and helpful. - We arrived late and owners helped us make the beds before we arrived so that we don’t disturb other guests and we can rest quickly - They helped us take laundry out and put in dryer so that we don’t have to hurry back - They are strict with after hour noise level so that other guests are not disturbed - They ask guests to clean after they shower and provide tools/scrapers to make it easy to clean. All guests comply which makes everything clean and comfortable - We rented the boat. Owner taught us how to drive and off we go! The boat was so much fun - Every restaurant owner suggested is fantastic - Cabin is big, decorated, and comfortable. Blanket is so nice and warm - The view is magnificent.
