There was a shuttle to get to the town which is free and so easy to use grab to get to the town whenever too. Also booked the most amazing elephant sanctuary experience which the staff were so helpful when booking. The swimming pool was magical as well.

The live music didn’t bother us really as they shut down around midnight the latest. Only on Saturday it was louder than before but still okay.

They had a large comfy bed, mosquito net and bathroom with toilet and shower. The balcony was perfect for breakfast with an elephant. Restaurant was also very nice and overall a lovey relaxed feel. All staff were super friendly and we would highly recommend Chai Lai Orchid. The 1 day elephant experience was absolutely amazing
