A great lodge, situated on a quite street, the room has everything essential. There is a nice swimming pool good in hot weather. Location is not in the centre but 5 minutes drive to waterfall, and there is a very nice restaurant nearby. The staff working here are the best, always replying, ready to help with booking activities and answer any question!

Simply amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shongwe Lookout. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The food was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a good variety. A short walk of 2 km to the falls, or an easy-to-arrange cab ride at a reasonable cost. All transactions we did in USD.

The room was lovely and the bed was amazing. The air con and fan above the bed worked well. The staff helped me prepare a birthday surprise. Easy $10 taxi fare into town and the falls. Staff also helped coordinate transfer to/from airport along with booking say excursions. Balcony was a great size. Easy access to dining. Beautiful layout of wooden flooring built around trees - felt like a true lodge. Would stay again!

The breakfast is awesome. The staff gave exceptional service. This is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Highly recommended. It is also in a great location and you can easily access most facilities and points of interest within Victoria Falls. The staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was memorable. We loved everything. The lodge was so relaxing, we were looked after so well even before we arrived, Taku had made arrangements for some of the activities we wanted to do. Africa nature at it's best! Clean, easily accessible cottage. Very quiet, safe place to stay. Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back
