We initially chose Baptiste Lake Lodge as a convenient location, on a lake, close to Bancroft and mineral hunting. What we discovered is that the Lodge is a beautiful, comfortable resort surrounded by friendly, hospitable people (including the neighbors!). The Lodge is right on the lake, on a quiet street with virtually no traffic. The calls of loons are heard early morning and during the absolutely spectacular sun set over the lake. Our accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We used all spaces, including our lovely private deck overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the large back yard a lot, and did get out paddling on beautiful Baptiste Lake. The flowers and gardens around the property are lovely, obviously planted with love and care. The Lodge was well located for us, affording us quick access both north (we visited Algonquin Provincial Park) and to many south, east and west mineral hunting trips. We hope to visit this lodge again! p.s. I loved that the Lodge recycles! So many commercial establishments do not.

I was doing a tour around Lake Superior, and this was the nicest place I stayed. Just south of Wawa, set in the forest and beautifully maintained. My spacious log cabin was perfect. Even a beautiful large bathroom. Great off-season price, particularly for Americans.

Urban Cabin - Downtown Picton ligt in Picton in de regio Ontario, en heeft een balkon. The apartment was very cute as well as spacious. It was spotless and well equipped. The owner was kind enough to leave us a thank you card and a bottle of wine. Our stay was a 10/10

The cabin has its charm. It's spacious and cozy. The lake is just there, a short path through the cedar trees. It was great and little thrilling to explore it walking on the ice. ..and the night sky, you don't get that view in the city. Most of the cottages and cabins were vacant so it was pretty tranquil. The hosts were really nice and welcoming.

Private Off Grid Cottage Nestled in Nature With Waterfront bevindt zich in Barrys Bay, op 47 km van Bonnechere Provincial Park, en heeft een patio, tuin, en gratis WiFi. Everything! The accommodations where spectacular! The bed was really comfortable. The location of the cottage nestled in the forest was so peaceful. There are many fun things to do in the area, hiking trails, swimming, venturing into nearby towns and taking in all that nature has to offer. Lisa and Ian provided everything we needed for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this off the grind oasis! I will definitely visit Barkview Hideaway again!

We simply loved everything especially the incredible homely feeling that comes with the entire cottage. The infrastructure is very well designed and the rooms are immensely clean and cozy.
