The property was in an incredibly beautiful location, the hosts are very nice and were very helpful with local attractions and organizing tours. The house is very cozy, with amazing views, and a wood fireplace which made the evenings extra special. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well equipped. The house is very well maintained and was very clean.

The view from the accommodation is truly magnificent especially during sunset. The lodge is really spacious, well kept and set in a quiet area. On top of that the facilities were also really clean. The hosts also provided with a very useful map of the area marking the main attractions and providing the pros and cons of each excursion / tour. All the excursions were booked upon arrival with the help of the hosts.

La Muñequita Lodge 1 - culture & nature experience har en trädgård, en terrass och en restaurang och erbjuder boende i Palmar Norte med gratis WiFi och utsikt över trädgården. The property is unique, located on a farm run by Heyner and his family. The family welcomes you and makes you feel like you are one of them immediately, it is truly touching. They are so keen to exchange with you and tell you everything about their farm and what they grow. While I was there I made juice from sugar cane, (barely) contributed to building a house for their goats. It is a unique experience that I will not forget anytime soon. My only regret is that I only stayed a few nights. Should I go back to Costa Rica it will definitely be on my roadmap again.
