I reserved for my parents since the start they were so professional, very good treated, quick response. When my parents arrived to cairo airport, the hotel shuttle was there ready for pick up, they enjoyed a beautiful welcoming , so comfortable.....safe and trustworthy. Very friendly staff.

Very spacious room right in front the pyramids,well almost cause there is a main street looking down your window ,the guys at the reception are very polite and welcoming,also booked the tours there they offer at normal prices also shuttle or anything you need

The hotel has an excellent location, very near to the airport. The staff are very helpful, the shuttle to the airport is 24 hours and the communication is easy. They were very welcoming and gave us a room upgrade. The room was very comfortable and cozy.

The price was too expensive for hotel without breakfast. Also there was no shuttle transport from and to airport.

I like the free airport shuttle bus service , the room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the end of a tunnel which connects it to the airport. Sumptious throughout, this hotel caters for a wide variety of cultures and customers. For us it was an overnight stay and we were able to take advantage of the complementary shuttle to our terminal at the Cairo International. Couldn't be more helpful.

Not too far and not too close to airport. Shuttle available every hour. Staff always helpful. Room Service from any of the restaurants, always quick and always hot. The French Onion Soup is first class. I stay here when flying in and out so only a day at a time. Would love to stay a little extra time to take full advantage of the facilities. In Cairo it does not matter where you stay it is a car journey to get to the sights. Uber is at the door within 10 minutes.

The bedroom was very very comfortable and large. The hotel itself is conveniently located near to he Airport and a shuttle service is available. All the staff were very helpful and the breakfast included had a lot of options to choose from. Menna Tallah the customer experience steward was very helpful as well and made sure my check out went smoothly
