Wood burner burning merrily when we arrived, so it was lovely, warm and welcoming. Breakfast provided (bread, butter, jam, cereals and tea/coffee and milk, which was fab - extremely good marmalade!). Really comfy and homely. Toiletries provided (shampoos & conditioners, shower gels) We had a lovely one night stay.

It was really easy to find and Martin met us with the keys when we arrived. It is very private and quite. We had a little problem with the electrics at 11pm we called Martin, he came out straight away and fixed it for us. We loved it that much we have booked to come again and can't wait. It's such a beautiful place, very clean and tidy. We had a visit from Martins 2 lovely dogs who are so well behaved.

Beautiful stay, attention to detail is rare so this place really took our breath away. Imaginative space & super comfortable. The perfect getaway.

Absolutely stunning, the building was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathtub alone was a dream to sink into! Everything was just magical. The surroundings are nothing short of beautiful. The view of the night sky was breathtaking. And the lake is well stocked with some beautiful fish. We stayed 4 nights and caught 9, 1 topping my PB. Now a firm favourite of ours, we cannot wait to return.
