The staff were so helpful and friendly, the service impeccable. Drifting up to the property via boat and taking the funicular up to the hotel is a must - so unique and felt like I had entered the video game Riven/Myst! Such a special experience that my kids and I will never forget. The lake set up is beautiful and so quiet/private, and the pool option is also lovely with great views of the lake. Everything was beautiful, the attention to detail was so appreciated, and their tours are fantastic!
