Amazing over and above service from managers Jordan and Elly! Thank you so much for the great holiday and taking such great care of us! Service at the restaurant could be a little slow at times (they were busy as it was over the holidays!). Fabulous staff at the hotel is so lovely, helpful and accommodating though - doing whatever they can t make your stay the best! We loved it and will return next time in beautiful Roatan! By far the best place to stay on the island!

Located 1 block from the beach in a peaceful area of West Bay, the West Bay Lodge and Spa offers an outdoor pool, tropical gardens and an aromatherapy spa. 😀The staff, including the owner Celeste, and Managers, Melonie and Lorelie, are friendly and helpful. They became like family by the end of our stay. Melonie even booked a dinner reservation and driver for us on her day off, and bought us tea when my husband became sick. 😀The animals on the property are great. One of the cats, Clyde, adopted us as his people during our stay.

Mariposa Lodge is located in West End and this pet-friendly property offers free Wi-Fi access. It is less than 100 metres from the beachfront. We really enjoyed our stay. Mariposa is 1 minute away from busy west end bars and restaurants but hidden away a bit that you are not disturbed with laud music or people returning from night out. The room was great size with very comfortable big bed. We were provided by water so we didn't have to buy any in the shop whole week. We had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All you need to reheat leftover food from restaurants (the portions were huge) and we could make our cup of coffee before we went out exploring :-). Staff was very friendly, we use the transport from and to the airport organizer by Mariposa. The driver was very nice, born and raise in Roatan so we could have a chat about that the island without being on official tour. We highly recommend this place for it's great location, good facilities and very professional staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable Veronika and Simon :-).
