Oak Lodge Portumna, a property with a garden, is located in Portumna, 24 km from Birr Castle, 32 km from Nenagh Castle, as well as 35 km from Lough Derg Yacht Club. We had a lovely stay at Oaklodge. It was like home from home. The hosts made us so welcome and there was nothing that was too much trouble. The house is in a very convenient location if you want to walk into town or to the castle. The place is spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee and snacks were available in the kitchen any time. Hope to return soon.

Have nothing but positive things to say about the Sweet haven Chalet! Spotlessly clean, warm, snug, ideally located a few mins from Oughterard a nd the hosts were so accommodating. Fresh eggs left for breakfast, cinnamon rolls, a stocked kitchen with cooking oil and tea, it was ideal. Everything you need for a quiet weekend break. We hope to return ASAP!

The cottage was really well laid out and had absolutely everything that we needed during our stay. The location was ideal- close enough to the major sites in the area but still very quiet.
