Even if we didn't get much in contact with the owner, check in and out was simple and easy. Very clean facility and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to clear his or hers mind of city noise.

What an incredible view - this cozy stay was a perfect recharge after long days of exploring the westfjords. The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and we enjoyed a nice night of watching Icelandic TV in bed. Would absolutely book again.

Einarsstaðir ligger en 45-minutters kjøretur unna, og Akureyri ligger 80 km unna.... the cabins are in a beautiful river valley (we had not realized when booking that it’s still a bit of a drive from Myvatn, but it was worth it) and they’re very nicely equipped with everything you need, including a little kitchen (which is great, since the location is a bit remote).

Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace.... Gorgeous cabin in a fantastic location around 8km out of Husavik. Spectacular view right outside the window.

We spent four nights at this beautiful property overlooking Akureryi. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including laundry, which is essential for a long trip. The views are spectacular and the place is super quiet even though you're overlooking the town.
