It's set on the side of a hill overlooking Hakone, the view frames the gates and Mt Fuji perfectly. It's set in a forest and I startled a deer while taking photos from my balcony in the early morning, majestic! I will be back, totally loved the Hakone region!

Service is great the minute you step into the premise. The public bath has everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, skin care, hairdryer, etc. The public bath has indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, sauna is also available. The room was spacious and comfortable, the open air bath available in the room was amazing with a great view. Free shuttle bus provided to and fro Gora and Souzan stations. Meals were also delicious.

Lovely designed room, and location! The shuttle bus and schedule to and from the airport is super useful and convenient! Had a 7-eleven just 3 min stroll away and another one 11 minutes away. Lovely view over looking the airport

A brief orientation/ tour is given on arrival. Rooms are comfortably sized depending on group size, we have 2 pax in a room and it was enough for 1 large and 1 cabin size. They have 2 in-house onsen. One of it requires booking, the other is based on availability. Managed to try and though it’s small, it is comfortable enough.
