I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful experience.

The management was very kind and helped arrange transportation to and from the train station. The room was just lovely and had an excellent view of the surrounding tea estates. The cooking in the restaurant The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were incredibly delicious. The staff was very accommodating to my requests even beyond normal breakfast or dinner hours. The hotel management helped arrange for me to get to all of the places I wanted to visit including climbing Adam's Peak, seeing Castlereigh Reservoir, Devon, and St. Clair waterfalls. I especially thought Luxman was not only an excellent driver but gave excellent advice about the area and just went out of the way to be a warm and exceptionally kind host (with excellent jokes)! I highly recommend this place and hope to return here again.

The personalized service was beyond expectations. No request went unattended. Butler cum helper Rukshan was so friendly and cooperative. Always with a smile. Always on call. Food preparation was good. Needs some tuning there. They will come of age with some experience. They have their own vegetable plots in the premises. The manager cum part owner kaveesha and his friend akila were super nice and accommodating. They organized excursions to all the waterfalls in the area in a safari jeep. It, of course involved lots of trekking and climbing . The cabana style unit was cozy and ideal for a friend/family get-together. It was a home away from home . Super relaxing atmosphere.waking up to bird sounds was lovely. Cool weather. Feb/ March is the best time to go as it is dry. Rain season will dampen the experience.

A 3,4 km de Lago Gregory e 10 km de Hakgala Botanical Garden, Townside Lodge providencia acomodações numa área central de Nuwara Eliya. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and accommodative. Responded to appeals promptly. Property was very clean, and the atmosphere pleasant for a holiday. The bedding and sofas were comfortable, and all necessities attended to. Privacy was ensured. Parking facility for a van was appreciated.

Parking is limited for one car.

O Hill Safari, localizado em Ohiya, rodeado por montanhas no Horton Plains Range, serve a cozinha do Sri Lanka. Possui uma área de estar partilhada rodeada por chá/montanhas. We loved the location and the possibilities to see Sri Lanka village and tea hill life. The hosts were incredibly helpful, met our every wish and provided delicious SL food. We loved our 3 night stay in the upstairs room with a spectacular view and balcony. Watching the mist come in and the sunset made up for the daily afternoon rain. If you are looking for a lush, green bit of solitude Hill Safari can be your place. Every morning we were woken by the beautiful music/chants from the village temple. We did not go to Horton Plains or Worlds End, there is plenty of adventure right at the doorstep. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
