O chalet era muito simples, mas tinha tudo o que na verdade precisávamos. O quarto tinha ótimas condições e uma casa de banho semi ao ar livre o que foi uma experiência bastante interessante e diferente! Mas na verdade o que realmente mais gostámos foi dos funcionários Aruna e Gayan! Super simpáticos, gentis e educados. Serviram-nos as nossas refeições que foram maravilhosas! A minha preferida foi a sobremesa: curd with honey 🤤 A nível de transporte também nos ajudaram bastante, o que para nós foi mesmo “salva-vidas”!

Great breakfast, amazing garden, very kind and helpful host. Udit helped us with transport anytime we needed. He also recommended us when and how to go to Sigiriya or Pidurangala. The garden has its zen for resting.

We had a great stay here. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and always ready to help with transportation and tips on places to visit. The food was also really good. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Set amidst a natural landscape, Back of Beyond – Pidurangala offers a peaceful getaway in Sigiriya. - My childhood dream to stay in a tree house has been finally fulfilled 😀 beautiful place in the forest with the sounds of birds which add an interesting atmosphere to the place. -The staff are so friendly and helpful and always there when I needed help, they recommended amazing places and tours for me and they asked me every night what to chose on dinner. - The place is very clean very close to every place you’re be interested to visit in Sigirya. - I highly recommend this place.

The lodge had a beautiful and peaceful garden filled with trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, including pots, pans, a gas cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The rooms were also nicely arranged and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was the best stay we've ever had.

I don't know where to begin.. I came here for 1 night to hike, stayed 3 nights and didn't do a single hike. It was too good to stay with Nero's family, volunteer there and at the pre school, share meals, meditate, go for walks, play with the kids... I have never felt more at home in Sri Lanka than here. If you go there, take your time, help around, enjoy real kindness and sharing. I can't thank you enough for my time at your place ❤️ This is a safe place to stay as a solo female traveler!

If you love to stay in a calm, quiet place, this is the one. Food was really good and staff were really helpful you can request food you want. Overall it was a different experience like in a forest.
