With pool views, Tranquil Wild is located in Tanamalwila and has a restaurant, room service, snack bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Wow, I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you so very much for making us feel like old friends as soon as we arrived at your little piece of paradise. From the service, rooms, pool, and facilities, everything was just perfect, and our children loved the games on offer in the main entrance. It is a perfect location to the national park and offers everything and more that you need, including delicious meals within their restaurant. A special mention to Anne, who was so very helpful helping recommend a safari driver for us and then the morning of our safari packing a delicious packed breakfast for us with tea and coffee on our return. Thanks, team Tranquil, for making us feel so very welcome and making us have wonderful memories of our stay in Yala.

Kele Yala is a boutique hotel situated in the dry zone in Kataragama. Extremely friendly staff (they are absolute gems!!), great concept, amazing and tasty dinner, comfortable and well maintained room

Offering a restaurant, Koragaha Lodge - Yala provides a 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests. The air-conditioned accommodation will provide you with work desk and seating area. We had a wonderful stay at the lodge, it exceeded our expectations! The rooms were very clean, well decorated, and spacious. We had our meals at the lodge and everything was delicious, there were many options to choose from. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Yala Village Eco Tree House has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Tissamaharama, 10 km from Tissa Wewa. We had an amazing stay with the heartwarming family that is taking care of the eco village. We were welcomed very lovely by the host and her daughter. She served delicious Sri Lankan food and was always checking whether everything was fine. The property is really beautiful and gives the feeling of an authentic jungle stay. The huts are small but cosy and mosquito nets are already provided. Sadly we booked our safari tour beforehand but the hosts of the eco village also offer safari jeep tours so we would highly recommend to book it with them. The brother of the host was also very friendly and took care that we get to the bus station on time to catch our bus to Hiriketyia. In total we would really recommend to stay at this place and get the chance to live with locals.

Situated in Tanamalwila, 34 km from Udawalawe National Park and 26 km from Tissa Wewa, Thanamal-villa features accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden with a barbecue. It is nice place wery near to fields of peakocs and little shops and restaurant. The owner Is kind man, very helpful and friendly. I engoyed my stay here.

Offering mountain views, Elephant Arcade in Tissamaharama offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. wonderful stay, we were welcomed like family. very comfortable room with fan and air conditioning, large, in very good condition and large and very clean bathroom. Quiet place immersed in nature, pleasant swimming pool. perfect if you have a vehicle. otherwise the manager can take you to the bus stop by tuktuk, practical. The meals were excellent and plentiful especially the curry and Sriyani make also special dishes for my children.

Set in Kataragama in the Monaragala District region, with Kataragama Temple nearby, Wadula Safari - Yala offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. your room is its own out building with a lovely big bed and en-suite. All toiletries are provided in the bathroom, and you have a lovely terrace outside with sun loungers to enjoy the peace and quite. the staff are amazing and do everything they can for you. they provided us with taxi service by collecting us from Ella, and then dropping us to Hikkaduwa after the safari day for very good rates. the safari was amazing, and we saw all the animals possible in Yala including Sloth bears and Leopards. 10/10 would recommend

Featuring a terrace, Tree Tops Yala is a villa, set in Yala. It provides free private parking. There is a seating area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. Nice for a big group, love that it was so open!

This place is a magical place with a calm and quiet nature. Swimming in the early morning before breakfast is the best thing to do. If you love animals, there is a lovely dog and lots of peacocks flying around. Throughout our stay, Dinesh helped us make our stay wonderful. They even made us a special Sri Lankan breakfast during our stay. I'm definitely going to visit again. I even met a lovely family from Switzerland with two kids. This is definitely a wonderful place to spend your holiday. 🌿😍
