Situated within 16 km of Iron Gate I and 21 km of Rock Sculpture of Decebalus, Vega resort Restaurant & Lodge features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Orşova. Nicely located hotel with amazing view of the Danube river bay and surrounding hills. New clean air-conditioning room with nice view on the river and hills. Our room had independent entrance and comfortable beds. Supportive and responsive staff, we had big delay due to huge queues on the Romanian border, so we arrived late at night. However the hostess was there to check-in us (as we agreed before by the call). Breakfast was in the nice hotel cafe on the ground floor. The breakfast itself was on the usual level we expected from hotels of the same level. All expected set of products and usual continental breakfast dishes were present there and had a good quality.
