The chalet consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a seating area. The accommodation is non-smoking. My favourite place up until now. The bungalow was so nice and spacious, provided a fridge and small countertop with cutlery and dishes. The porch was lovely to hang out on and do some yoga. I had a lovely cooking class with the owners and they gave me fruit and were all around lovely (and offered to drive me to the pier when I left). I didn't even try out the pool and sauna but it looked very nice.

A bicycle rental service is available at the chalet. We had an amazing stay at Sabai House. You feel like in the middle of the jungle, it's very peaceful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. You can rent a scooter directly with them for an honest price. The main beach is at less than 10 minutes away with the scooter. Every morning the breakfast was a beautiful and delicious surprise (fruit, eggs, coffee, mango sticky rice, etc...) They can do laundry for you for a very honest price also. There is cats, chickens and some birds around the place which really adds a cool atmosphere to the place. If I had to come back to Koh Yao Noi, I would definitely go to Sabai House again.

We loved the privacy of the property, it is well maintained and Joe and his staff are very friendly. We stayed in several different suites and appreciated the uniqueness of all of them. You can notice the attention to detail and thought put into the design. Very clean, we loved the outdoor pools and Jacuzzi suites.

Yada and her family were super super nice and welcoming. She even gifted me Roti and fruits and I was driven to the pear at the end of my stay :)
