Just the loveliest homestay with all the comforts you could ask for. The restaurant offers fresh and tasty food for good prices and Gecko is just the most helpful and friendly host you could ask for. They also have the cutest dogs, which is always a bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough!

With sea views, Cat Ba Spring Garden Homestay is situated in Cat Ba and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Linda, Linda and Linda. Fantastic service, friendly and easy to undertand, as she spoke english very well. She was flexible and fast in communication. We had some strughle with the transport to Cat ba ( flat tire on taxi och motor problems on ferry) that made our trip a challange, but Linda gelped us to find solution. Note, if travelling with a lit of luggage or with not so flexible teenagers, ask Linda for a transport that will go with you on the ferry ( car and driver). More expencive but more convinient. We did the misstake not to communicate that on advance. Beutiful garden, nice and big rooms, good food and good support regarding tour.

It was easy to arrive. The rooms and breakfast as advertised. All very clean. All the arrangements to explore Cat Ba Park were done with them, as any other activities. Pricing was good. Around the homestay there are 3 bars with food, and the bus to cat ba city is 5min walk.

It is a quiet place with a nice garden inside. The breakfast is awesome (especially pancakes with fruits) and very good coffee. Hoang is extremely helpful and speaks good English. He came to take us from the bus station in Cat Ba town and organized a boat trip and trekking at reasonable prices

Yen is a little piece of paradise for families or friends who want to enjoy a calm and natural environnement. Its right in the middle of butterfly valley, where you can do trekking and rock climbing! The pool offers a perfect view, our kids couldnt get enough of it ! The owner will cook delicious food for you!! The rooms are brand new and really well equiped. Than you so much for the stay we loved it soooo much!! You will most likely need to rent scooter to get around if you stay a bit longer

Located in Cat Ba National Park, Viet Hai Lan Homestay provides accommodation with free Wifi, air conditioning and access to the garden. All rooms features garden and mountain views. Viet Hai Lan was AMAZING!!! The landscape was beautiful, the people were so kind, and the food was delicious. Chilly was great and so helpful. I highly recommend and cannot wait for our next visit.

Located a 15-minute drive from Cat Ba National Park, Cat Ba Eco Lodge Resort offers a peaceful getaway boasting natural surroundings. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort. The lodge was a beautiful, rustic location that was just perfect. There were chickens, ducks, and a cow roaming about, and we were surrounded by jungle. It was wonderfully quiet. The manager also had some excellent suggestions for activities and was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
