I chose this resort for the amazing view of the stepped rice fields with mountain backdrops and I couldn’t be happier. Stayed 6 days and enjoyed each moment sitting on balcony or hiking around. The mixed scent of ripen rice in the fields with burning wood smoke is sooo nostalgic and wonderful. On top of those, the owners and staffs treated me like a family member: they truly care and are always helpful. I know food takes time because they cook traditional dishes that require marinated time and they prepare them fresh so I just ordered in advance. Excellent food I can’t fit in my Áo Dai today :). Resort is new so bathroom is modern, quite spacious and very clean, airy. If you are into connecting to nature, and ecology, eco-friendly, this is the place for you. If you want to find a Park Hyatt in Pù Luong setting, you’d be disappointed. For me, waking up and seeing full view of the stepped rice fields from my bed -is dream come true. I dearly thank the whole team of Puluong Luna for taking care such good care of me. Surely see you again. For perfectionists: Pù Luong is at its best in May and October even though each season has its own charm and beauty.

Wonderful traditional Thai Hut in the middle of the rice paddies, wonderful experience if you want to really be in the authentic area of Pu Leoung ...it is not at the top of the range so you do have to travel down into the village to experience the location. It is incredible to see the areas where there is a real Thai settlement amongst the Vietnamese. The hosts were wonderful, even provided a personalised tour!!! I did the spa deluxe which was wonderful to wake up in the morning to the mist and the quietness of the area. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and really authentic experience that is not crowded with tourists!!!!
