Lions Valley Lodge is situated within the Nambiti Private Game Reserve, home to the Big Five as well as antelope and an abundant birdlife. The lodge features an infinity pool and free WiFi. The Lions Valley Lodge is nothing less than fantastic! You get so well-accomodated here and in personal and friendly way it is i real treat. And the Nambiti Game Reserve has everything you can expect in terms of wildlife viewing and, very important, a great variation of habitats (savannah, bushveld, gorges, rivers, waterfall, ponds, and waterholes) you never get bored during the safari tours, which include 2x3 hours per day, one starting at sunrise (05.00 am) and the other in late afternoon. The guides know everything about the animals behaviour and will keep you safe in all instances - wildlife is at your doorstep meaning no free and unsupervised walks are allowed! The lodge staff offers great service and the food (full pension is mandatory) is delicious, you cannot ask for more.

Set on the banks of the Tugela River, 22 km north of Winterton, Tugela River Lodge features self-catering accommodation 13 km from Spioenkop Nature Reserve and 22 km from Winterton Museum. Great for dog. Beautiful view. Kayaking was relaxing. Walk along river was pleasant.
