Reply loved the courtesy from the front desk staff the room I got was with a bit of smoke smell as soon as I informed the front desk they were glad to upgrade us to a better room with no questions asked at no charge. Like the courtesy for Muhamad Saleh at the front desk and the other person at the same shift with Saleh. Forgive from the housekeeping dept was also very courteous
