The place and the view were beautiful. The house is cosy and interesting. One can feel that it is built with love and care. We used the place for fire near the house at night and it was amazing. The conditions were way above everything you can find it this region. Would totally recommend.

Great surprise find in the middle of woop woop Nice dinner and breakfast. The host is a very passionate permaculture gardener and showed me his garden. I sampled his produce, and selfmade wine and vodka.

Amazing stay. The hosts are incredible sweet and service minded, makes you feel at home and help with everything you may need. One of the staff members were great in English and were sharing lots of interesting stories. Will recommend to everyone who wants nature and local experience!

Fabulous guesthouse. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Anoush organised food for us at 10pm at night. We were travelling from tblisi and only booked once we got through the border, so did not give her much notice at all. Yet, she provided a delicious meal for us when we arrived. Very comfortable room, exceptionally clean. Wonderful views. Easy to get to, maybe 5 mins from the main road. Highly recommend 👌

Nestled in the iconic, picturesque nature of Armenia, Dream Hotel provided us with an exceptional stay that we will remember fondly for years to come. The staff’s dedication, the comfort of the accommodation, and the delightful homemade food all contributed to an extraordinary experience, even amidst unexpected challenges. Our stay coincided with a severe weather disaster on May 26, 2024, which caused the Debed River to flood and led to disruptions in electricity and gas. However, the hotel staff's resilience and commitment to our safety and comfort were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly throughout the night to resolve all issues, allowing us to sleep peacefully despite the circumstances. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the staff's culinary skills. With nearby restaurants closed due to the crisis, they managed to prepare incredibly tasty homemade meals that made us feel at home. This resourcefulness and dedication to our satisfaction truly enhanced our stay during the challenging times. Special mention goes to the manager, who was not only instrumental in managing the emergency but also helped us find an alternative path to leave after we decided to extend our stay by an additional day. Their invaluable guidance and support showcased the hotel's commitment to its guests. Despite the challenges posed by the natural disaster, the team at Dream Hotel turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and memorable experience. Thanks to their exceptional service and care, we were able to fully enjoy the breathtaking surroundings of Armenia without worry. We highly recommend Dream Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and serene getaway in Armenia. The beautiful location, coupled with the outstanding dedication of the staff, makes it a top choice for travellers from all over the world. We look forward to returning and experiencing their hospitality once again.

It's a well designed and built romantic little guesthouse in a good location. (We had to share the parking lot with a herd of cows, but we considered that an advantage. You never see that at home anyway.) But unfortunately the house is a bit shabby, neglected, starting to lose its shine. The furnishings in the room are poor. Breakfast was excellent as usual.
