I've been there before so I came back I like location as I use to live in the area so it's close to everything that I needed, comfortable, good value, quiet and I got in room earlier which suits me it was good timing as it was mother's day. Forgot to mention lighting was poor.

The location was great, not far from the main highway from Melb, room was nice and clean, beds were very comfy and the heater made our room nice and warm. Not far from St Mary's where we had a big choice of restaurants for dinner. Being able to have our dog was a bonus. Good value for money, would highly recommend.
