The best for pilgrimage, I love to revisit at least once a year. For me this is Heaven on earth. The real presence of mother Mary and Jesus Christ. Blessed to have a chance to visit the Apparition Hill.

Medjugorje which i have been to since the 1980s is a religous and pilgrimage site, unfortantly being overwhelmed by souvenier shops selling cheap stuff made in china. It can be overcrowded and very warm

Perfect in every way imaginable. Location absolutely cannot be beat, and our host, Leo, was extraordinary throughout. Comfortable, spacious, restful, quiet at night (during the day, you are front and center for the goings on at St James - the bells, hyms, etc, but that’s exactly why we were here! - blackout blinds and curtains in the rooms ensured restful sleeps), wheelchair accessible. If you’re coming to Međugorje, this is without question the place my elderly parents and I would recommend. Thank you Leo, from the bottom of our hearts.
Very quiet, neat and clean place. The owner and other staff are very pleasant and approachable. The hotel has everything you need and the interior is pleasant. Part of the hotel is Crepe Caffe, where you can eat everything from salty to sweet recipes, and the coffee is excellent. The music (according to my taste) could be more foreign than domestic and certainly quieter. In short, a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return when visiting Medjugorje again.
Beautiful brand new hotel with 5 star amenities. We have toured multiple European countries and this hotel stands out as Outstanding. Wonderful breakfast with a smile. The staff Zoran at the reception always smiles and does not decline any request. Slaven also is a very helpful guy, gave lots of information. Will surely stay at this hotel when we want to visit Medjugorje. Mathew from New Zealand
I loved the proximity to the town centre. The welcome I received was wonderful and all the staff were lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant menu offerings were varied and well presented. Laundry service available- efficient and reasonably priced. I’m returning later in the year and really looking forward to staying at the Hotel Grace once more.
The staff at the Ivona Hotel are the best I have ever experienced, couldn't of been more accommodating if they tried. The pool was cleaned every single day and was perfect for a dip when the weather got too hot.It was our first visit to Medjugorje and the experience was made all the better due to the hotel staff. Will definitely be our place to stay everything we return to Medjugorje .
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk helped me find transportation for 8 to Mostar and it was reasonably priced. She gave us a very warm greeting and was also there to send us off. We felt like part of the family. We had two hotel rooms side by side and it was like staying in an enchanted forest. The restaurant had good food.
Excellent, excellent, excellent.
Very kind personnel, nice and clean. Because we were there after season, we was the only 3 hosts in the hotel. I still cannot beleive they prepared so rich breakfast only for us. In prince/value ratio this the Best hotel in the world. My thanks to all staff.
Kind regards
Stanislav
I love this hotel inside and outside great staff and all very helpful also from the top of the hotel you can see sunsets with the lovely local brand wine or very tasty cherry brandy just ask the staff. Location is 12 min walk from the main bus stop and 6 min to the Church St. James.
Landlady was very kind and helpful ❤ We always could count on her, she was as the best friend 🥰 I highly recommend this hotel! Close to the center, clean and comfortable with everything what you need. We were feeling like at home.
the location was perfect. it was less than a 5 minute walk to St. James church but in a very quiet spot away from the noise and shops. the hotel was very modern and nicely designed. the food was good
