The location was perfect, the staff were not so friendly, except the bar and breakfast staff. The main check in lady was not so friendly. I asked for 2 still water bottles instead of one sparkling and one still water and were told they could not change the bottles. Not very accommodating. It was also my birthday and the staff didnt do anything. Usually i go away and always get a surprise from the hotel, this time nothing.

Breakfast was very good and the view from our room and the hotel were amazing of the Eiger and other mountains. Our balcony gave outstanding views of the mountains - we could almost touch them from the balcony.
